Welcome to my new series, Sixty Ways in 60 Days.

Here's the premise:
The premise is simple. Consider this a makeover for your mindset.
Over the course of the next 60 days (January 18 to March 17, 2024), we will speak kindly to ourselves. That’s it.
If you need me to elaborate…
We won’t dwell on the past and the billion things we think we’ve done wrong. We won’t fret about the future and the trillion things that could possibly go wrong. Instead, we’ll remain fully present and know that all is well and getting better all the time.
And we’ll be doing this together. I am practicing everything I publish while I am sharing my journey with you.
The reason we're doing this? Just to feel good.
Here's the layout:
I will send DDD messages every Monday through Friday. The message will include one sentence which is the Baby Step + a daily affirmation all rolled into one.
Each statement is intended for you to practice just for that day. This is not a lifelong commitment.
Once a week or so, I will write a blog post for the fun of it.
Once in a while, I will create videos for YouTube.
Every Friday, I will write a summary of the week’s messages on my blog so they are available all in one place. I’ll provide a link every week in Friday’s DDD.
Here are the rules:
There are none.
You get to decide how often you do or do not participate.
Here are some reminders:
If you miss a day, don’t think you need to “make it up” at a later date. You’re fine. Trust me, the world won’t crumble because you forgot to open your email one day. Nor will the Earth fall off its axis simply because you felt cranky and let your mind wander off to not-so-happy places.
Remember this: NOTHING I ever do is intended to stress you out or make you feel anxious. Everything I do is to help you relieve stress and anxiety, not create it. My only intention is for you to feel better…about your current circumstances, about your relationships, about your body, about your mind, about your Self.
You are worth the effort.
